Volunteering is a great opportunity for networking. Several of our past volunteers have gotten their first job in SaaS with a company they met here at SAAS NORTH! We have numerous roles available from MC assistants to greeters to setup crew.



Schedule
NOVEMBER 14 – SETUP AND WELCOME RECEPTION
NOVEMBER 15 & 16 – CONFERENCE
Volunteers must be available for 2/3 of the days, for a minimum total of 8 hours each day. Breakout Room Coordinators must be available for both conference days from 10am-4pm.

Volunteer Roles

SET-UP
Have a hand in making the conference come to life! Participation in set up ranges from setting up décor on the main stage or in the seminar rooms, to assisting exhibitors with their booths, to organizing the registration desk.
Be one of the first to see SAAS NORTH!

WELCOME RECEPTION
We’re kicking off the conference with a Welcome Reception! Be the first face our attendees see when they arrive.
Assist with printing badges and registering new attendees.

REGISTRATION
Be the first face speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees encounter when they arrive at the event.
Assist in printing badges and registering new attendees.

GREETERS
SAAS NORTH is a big event with many components. Be an event expert, assisting attendees with general information and directions.

BREAKOUT ROOM COORDINATION
Oversee the operation of 1 of 3 breakout rooms. Assist with setting the stage, helping speakers get mic’ed up in a timely manner and ensure that sessions start and end on time. Bonus: Experience the seminar content as well!

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
Capture all the fun at SAAS NORTH with #SAASNORTH! Be the voice of SAAS NORTH as the on-site Social Media Assistant, and engage with the community through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and the event app!

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY ASSISTANT
Shadow our hired photo or video team and assist with capturing SAAS NORTH in the finest light! The perfect opportunity for up and coming talent in photo or video.
NOTE: Individual must have their own equipment and must be available for a minimum of 8 hours on each conference day, November 15-16.
