Served as Chief Revenue Officer at Flawless Inbound for seven years, one of the fast-growing and innovated digital transformation solution partners for HubSpot and NetSuite (Oracle). Which helped me expand my leadership in scale and scope to Build/Manage/Run/Coach an amazing Team. This led to Flawless Inbound growing to be a national organization, with operation in all major hubs in Canada and recognized as one of the top 20 Solution partners in North America for 2021. Before Flawless Inbound, I served as a National Sales Director at Cisco Systems for ten years, helping in growing the Cisco Collaboration and WebEx business in Canada. working with an amazing team to grow the collaboration and WebEx business from $20M to $250M.
Started my career in solution engineering and moved up to Sales/Marketing/Cross-functional leadership roles. I held several customer-facing leadership roles in strategy, pre-sales, value-based selling, and Channel lead organizations, which helped close landmark deals.
Grateful to be invited by the HubSpot Board of Directors in 2020 to present some ideas on how to sell upmarket. Also invited by the HubSpot channel organization to sit on the partner advisory board from 2018-2019. In 2021, was invited to lead a worldwide channel workshop for selected 500 Solution partners worldwide to help empower them to sell upmarket and share ideas on how to help them scale their operation.
