Camille Matute

Camille is a Director working in PwC’s Corporate Finance practice in Toronto, specializing within the Technology sector. She has worked with both private and large public companies across several industries, most notably in SaaS-enabled businesses, IoT companies, enterprise software, IT services and managed services. Camille has participated in a number of cross-border and national transactions, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, divestiture and acquisition execution, capital raising and financings.

Camille holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Business Administration (HBA) with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and FINRA certified broker. She was also a recipient of the prestigious Women in Capital Markets (WCM) Emerging Leaders Award.
