Shannon Bell is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at OpenText. She leads the company’s global IT and digital systems, data platforms, networks and communications, corporate and commercial cloud operations, as well as cyber security and compliance.

With more than 25 years of experience, Shannon is a seasoned technology leader known for driving enterprise-wide transformation and delivering innovative, scalable solutions. She has led complex integration initiatives and brings global expertise across technology strategy, product management, development, operations, and service delivery.

Throughout her career, Shannon has held senior leadership roles in Canada, the U.S., and Europe with organizations including Rogers Communications, Amdocs, NewStep Networks, MetaSolv Software, and Newbridge Networks. She holds an MBA from the University of Surrey in England.
