Meryl Almeida

Meryl joined Inovia in January 2022 and advises companies across the growth and venture portfolios on their M&A strategy, transaction execution and post-merger implementation efforts. Meryl brings six years of M&A and advisory experience, and has worked in both New York and Toronto. Over the last two and a half years, Meryl worked at Rogers Communications on their Corporate Development team, covering media, sports and telecommunications acquisitions. Prior to Rogers, Meryl worked in the advisory practice at PwC. Meryl is a proud University of Waterloo alumni and has spent time advocating and supporting various DE&I initiatives. Most recently, she launched a remote year-long mentoring program that helped connect 800+ Rogers staff across Canada.
