SaaSCan provides Canadian-centric SaaS metrics research and CS/CX advisory services. Companies engage with SaaSCan for SaaS metrics mentoring and benchmarking, guidance establishing and maturing their CS/CX function, and to facilitate development of actionable customer journey maps.

Together, we improve leading indicator metrics like Customer Onboarding Completion Rate, Customer Time to Value, Customer Effort Score, and Customer Net Promoter Score, and lagging indicator metrics like Gross and Net Dollar Retention, Logo Churn, and Annual Contract Value.
