Kelly joined Inovia Capital’s Venture team in 2020 in the Montreal office. She holds several board observer roles and is involved in supporting multiple companies in the Inovia portfolio such as Certn, RouteThis and RenoRun. Prior to Inovia, Kelly worked at Roland Berger in management consulting. During her time there, she assisted large enterprises in crafting their corporate growth strategies and conducting due diligence work, across various industries. Kelly graduated from McGill University with Honours in Finance and Marketing.
