Aleeza is an investor in the Redwood City office, where she focuses on cloud investments (enterprise and SMB).

Prior to Bessemer, Aleeza was an investor at General Catalyst and a fellow at Rough Draft Ventures. She started her career at Microsoft and UiPath, where she worked on the strategy and development teams.

Aleeza earned her B.A. with honors in history of technology and science at Harvard University and her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in entrepreneurial management. At Harvard, she co-founded a startup focused on improving the apartment resident experience, which now operates in over 25 states. At Wharton she co-founded the Wharton Partners in Equity initiative, which supports Black, Latinx, and Native American undergraduate students in navigating their careers in venture capital and private equity. Aleeza is an active member and volunteer for All Raise.
