The CAF is rebuilding around the future of warfare. This session opens with a fireside chat with Lieutenant-General Michael C. Wright, Commander of the Canadian Army, setting out the big picture — where the force is heading over the next decade, where autonomous systems fit in, and what the CAF cannot generate in-house. It’s followed by a panel digging into the operational reality: what proof of performance a company with no track record needs to show, and what persistent Arctic coverage demands of data, comms, and edge processing.
