Nick is Vice President of Venture & Entrepreneurship at Invest Ottawa, where he leads programs that fuel Ottawa’s tech startups and scaleups, including Ignition, Flex, Accelerator, and ScaleUp. He focuses on helping founders build, fund, and grow companies — from bootstrapped ventures to high-growth tech firms — while managing a top-tier team of advisors supporting entrepreneurs across all stages.
Previously, Nick was co-founder and CEO of CellWand, where he pioneered the #TAXI service across North America, raised millions in capital, secured industry-first deals with major wireless carriers, and built a national brand used over 19 million times. CellWand achieved profitability, millions in revenue, and won multiple innovation awards.
