Mark Ghermezian is a successful angel investor with over 20 years of experience in founding, building and investing in early-stage SaaS startups. Mark co-founded Braze, leading the company from ideation to IPO. As an angel investor, Mark was an early investor in companies such as Nutanix (IPO), Lattice, Thoughtspot, Outreach, Rubrik, Wag (IPO) and Riskified (IPO), along with 50 other investments, largely focused on SaaS.

He is currently the Founder & General Partner of m]x[v Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in early-stage B2B enterprise SaaS companies. He is also the Founder & CEO of Gynger (a fintech financing B2B SaaS contracts for SMBs) and Co-Founder & CEO of Tildei (a conversational first lifecycle marketing platform), two companies which he incubated within m]x[v.
