Dr. Lindy Ledohowski

Dr. Lindy Ledohowski was the co-founder and CEO of EssayJack Inc., an academic writing platform that she developed in response to her experiences as an English professor where she found that students weren’t able to master the demands of academic writing with ease. She led that startup for nearly six years, seeing 3X growth year-over-year, securing nation-wide channel partners in Canada and abroad, and securing nearly a million in funding in both equity and non-dilutive financing. In 2021 EssayJack was acquired by Vancouver-based EdTech company, Wizeprep. As part of the acquisition, Lindy joined Wizeprep’s leadership team and now serves as its COO, overseeing not just the integration of EssayJack into the newly launched Wize Writer, but also marketing and operations, including the exciting US expansion to over 40 new colleges across the continental USA during the 2022-2023 school year. Lindy also serves on nation-wide boards, including 8 years on the board of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and a current position on the board of the Shevchenko Foundation.
