He has held executive roles at CREA, MD Financial Management, and several high-growth startups, where he developed and managed industry-leading products, led transformative initiatives, and created significant shareholder value.

As the founder and CEO of Knowmads Inc, Andrew actively engages with the next generation of Canadian startups through mentorship and investment. Utilizing his proprietary methodologies, he has helped numerous companies achieve breakthrough product differentiation and successful exits. Andrew is also frequently sought to design startup accelerator programs, with QueerTech being one of his most recent collaborations.
