Cancellation Policy
Please note that all registration fees are subject to the cancellation, substitution, and deferral conditions below:
For purchase dates until September 24th, 2026, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to an administrative fee of 25%. Requests must be made in writing and sent to accounting@cubebusinessmedia.com.
Alternatively, you may defer your ticket to the following year at no charge before September 24. After this date, deferrals are permitted with a 25% administrative fee. Ticket transfers to another attendee (within the same company) are allowed at any time at no charge.
We regret that cancellations and refunds are not permitted after September 24, 2026. Discount codes cannot be applied to previously purchased tickets.
