Andrea Johnson

I practice corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on significant transactions in the technology and emerging growth sector. I help my clients bridge the gap between venture capital, private equity, M&A and securities law / corporate governance, including IPOs. I also champion the Dentons Startup Program and love working with innovative and high-growth companies on the cutting edge.

As one of the global co-heads of Dentons’ Private Equity group, I bring together top talent and multidisciplinary teams to help my clients grow, protect, operate and finance their business, in Canada and around the world.

I’m also an experienced board director and long-term member of Dentons’ Canada Region Board, and have served on advisory committees for the OSC, the TSX and the Ontario government.
