In his role as Chief Operating Officer, George oversees a portfolio of AlayaCare’s operating functions including Customer Success, Business Operations, Corporate Development, People & Culture, Finance, Legal and Compliance.

A passionate academic, entrepreneur and team-builder, George joined AlayaCare and the Home Care industry after more than a decade building Clio (www.clio.com) into the largest and most innovative legal technology platform in the world.
A recognized thought leader and public speaker on using technology to transform client experiences at an industry-wide level, George contributed significantly to the digital transformation of the practice of law by launching the Legal Trends Report.

He also serves as a Board Member to several technology startups and is a passionate mentor to technology leaders through a variety of programs.
