Shane Mclean

Shane McLean is the Managing Partner of LaBarge Weinstein. Since starting at the firm in 2000 Shane has helped hundreds of companies with the challenges that face our clients throughout their business lifecycle. He works with a wide range of clients from across Canada and around the World, including technology startups, venture capital investors, lenders, publicly listed companies and almost everything in between.

Shane offers concise and practical solutions in a timely manner and he helps clients understand complex legal and business matters in plain language. Shane advises clients on matters such as incorporation, day to day corporate and commercial matters, public and private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, stock exchange compliance and corporate governance.

Shane has lead or been involved in hundreds of financings and M&A transactions in his career representing billions of dollars in transaction value.
