Rade is the co-Founder and CEO of PolarGrid, powering real-time AI inference at the edge.  PolarGrid cuts network latency by 500ms+ per request and enables one click multi-AZ deployment, speeding up their customers’ products so that they can focus on building, not managing infrastructure.

Rade is past President of the NASDAQ listed Canopy Growth Corporation, which was named the TMX’s top performing stock over the preceding three years in 2019, one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures, and attracted a $5B investment from Fortune 500 Constellation Brands.   He led a team that built a portfolio of award-winning brands, established new product categories and scaled revenues to over $500MM annually with operations across four continents.

Rade also currently serves as a Board Member of BluWave AI, utilizing artificial intelligence to optimize energy grids, of Invert Inc., a carbon reduction company, and as a Founding Partner of The Greater Return, investing in disruptive companies that are improving the world around them.
