Trevor Simpson leads FirePower Capital’s Private Debt division in all its engagements. Trevor is the transaction lead on debt files, from sourcing through to evaluation, negotiation, and management. Trevor leads a team of three individuals focused on the due diligence and management of each file. Trevor also oversees the fund administration team, limited partner correspondence, NAV approval, and cash management activities. Previously, Trevor worked at Roynat Capital where he managed and grew a portfolio of clients, tailoring long-term capital solutions for mid-sized companies across mezzanine, subordinate, and senior term financing.
Trevor received a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from McMaster University, an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
