I try my best to help connect people to the resources that will solve their problems: right now, that means placing people in their dream jobs and giving them everything they need to do their best work. In the past, that was working with customers to get the most out of their marketing budgets, and guiding small businesses on the uses of social media. I’m also fulfilled this way in my personal life: I always jump at the chance to recommend a favourite skincare product or local restaurant to friends and acquaintances.
Having previously gotten my feet wet in tech via Unbounce and Buffer, I’m currently the Senior Director of People and Culture at Thinkific, where we build software that enables entrepreneurs to create, market, sell, and deliver their own online courses. Our mission is no less than to revolutionize the way people learn and earn online by giving them the tools they need to turn their expertise into a sustainable business that impacts both them and their audience.
