After spending the first 12 years of her career at two of Canada’s largest law firms in Toronto and Ottawa, Debbie and a few of her colleagues decided there was a better way to help clients. That was why in 1997, they formed LaBarge Weinstein with the goal of providing pragmatic business law advice in a more efficient manner. Now, over 20 years later, LW provides colleagues the courage and flexibility to act in a business-minded manner that best solves client problems.
Debbie brings extensive experience to her practice, with specialization in Corporate & Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Securities and Public Company Representation.
