He focuses on streamlining and scaling businesses through efficient processes, as well as building teams from the ground up by hiring and retaining the right talent to sustain and fuel growth.
Sam’s mission is to solve important and critical problems that businesses and consumers face, through serving as the operational strategy arm of executive leadership teams. This includes developing and executing on long-term organizational road-maps, identifying and resolving barriers that slow down efficiencies, and keeping top talent through impactful people strategies.
As an FtM transgender and genderfluid individual, Sam has given back volunteer-wise through driving and implementing Nation-wide policy changes, public speaking, community program development, events management and serving as Deloitte Canada’s National Pride ERG Chair.
