Cindy Diogo is the co-founder and CEO of Consoul, a platform designed to prevent caregiver burnout by automating care tasks and connecting caregivers with vital resources, respite services, and a supportive community. With nearly two decades of experience in HR and talent acquisition, Cindy has spent her career building inclusive and equitable workplaces, specializing in talent management, diversity initiatives, and strategic operations. Her leadership in Consoul has helped caregivers save precious time and mental energy, making it easier for them to balance caregiving with their professional roles.

Inspired by her personal caregiving journey, Cindy’s vision for Consoul centers on the future of work, where advanced AI empowers caregivers to focus on their well-being without compromising their careers. Under Cindy’s leadership, Consoul integrates seamlessly into workplace benefits, boosting employee productivity and reducing burnout through intelligent care task automation and personalized wellness prompts.

Cindy’s work has earned recognition, including the prestigious CGI Women in Tech grant. Her passion for women’s equity and mental health in the workplace drives her mission to create flexible, compassionate solutions that foster more resilient, inclusive companies.

When Cindy isn’t leading Consoul, she’s balancing life as a mom to a spirited 6-year-old boy and a playful 1-year-old chocolate lab. Through both personal and professional lenses, Cindy understands the challenges of juggling career and caregiving and believes that by addressing caregivers’ needs, organizations can build stronger, more sustainable workforces.
