SAAS NORTH NOW has partnered with Highline Beta to support the Intuit Prosperity Accelerator

Accelerator application deadline is September 4, 2020

Solving big problems is a collaborative effort, with an exponential upside. That’s why SAAS NORTH is pleased to be working with Highline Beta to offer all startups who apply to the Intuit Prosperity Accelerator a chance to win 1 of 20 free tickets to SAAS NORTH NOW

The Intuit Prosperity Accelerator, powered by Highline Beta, is a program dedicated to helping solve financial challenges facing consumers, self-employed and small businesses across Canada in the wake of COVID-19. We’re now inviting startups from across the ecosystem to come work with Highline Beta and Intuit to help build solutions and make a difference for consumers and small businesses when it matters most.

Does your startup’s solution help Canadian consumers eliminate debt, build savings and enable financial literacy; and/or help Canadian self-employed and small businesses improve cash flow, get customers, and access help?

Highline Beta will be providing select applicants to the Intuit Prosperity Accelerator with 20 tickets to the virtual SAAS NORTH NOW event. The application deadline is September 4, 2020.

“Consumers and small businesses in particular are going to be under significant pressure post-Covid-19. We’re very eager to find startups whose products can help make a difference during this difficult time,” says Benjamin Yoskovitz, Founding Partner at Highline Beta. “By focusing on finding the most effective solutions and executing pilots quickly, we can deliver impact where it matters most.”

Since the onset of COVID-19, half (49%) of Canadians report that they are $200 or less away each month from insolvency, according to the latest MNP Consumer Debt Index. CFIB reports that 48% of small businesses are making half or less their normal sales, with 50% stating they are most concerned about their business cash flow. These are just a few of the problems this accelerator will be looking to help solve.

“The SAAS NORTH NOW community includes innovative entrepreneurs, founders and companies that can help to solve the challenges facing consumers and businesses in Canada and around the world,” says David Tyldesley, Vice-President and Co-Founder, Cube Business Media and producers of SAAS NORTH.
