Volunteering is also a great opportunity for networking. Several of our past volunteers have gotten their first job in SaaS with a company they met here at SAAS NORTH! We have numerous roles available from MC assistants to greeters to setup crew.

Have a hand in making the conference come to life! Participation in set up ranges from setting up décor on the main stage or in the seminar rooms, to assisting exhibitors with their booths, to organizing the registration desk.

SAAS NORTH is a big event with many components. Be an event expert, assisting attendees with general information and directions.


Get up close and personal with speakers. Assist with AV and traffic flow, and as a bonus, experience the seminar content as well!


Capture all the fun at SAAS NORTH with #SAASNORTH! Be the voice of SAAS NORTH as the on-site Social Media Assistant, and engage with the community through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and the event app!


Shadow our hired photo or video team and assist with capturing SAAS NORTH in the finest light! The perfect opportunity for up and coming talent in photo or video. 

NOTE: Individual must have their own equipment and must be available for a minimum of 8 hours on each conference day, November 28-29.


The ideal position for an organized individual with a friendly face, with interest in the corporate sector!

Manage scheduled meetings between industry VIPs and investors in the Investor Zone, and help direct them to appropriate meeting spaces while managing the clock to ensure meetings start and end on time.
