WHEN IS SAAS NORTH HAPPENING?
SAAS NORTH is a 2.5-day event, with a Welcome Reception on the evening of November 28, 2017, and 2 full-action packed days full of networking and learning on November 29-30, 2017.

HOW CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE TO MY ORDER?
With a discount code in hand, go to our “Buy Tickets”, select the number and type of ticket you are purchasing, and at the bottom of the registration page, input your discount code, and voila!
OH NO! I CAN’T MAKE IT ANYMORE. WOULD I BE ABLE TO REFUND MY TICKET?
We understand that life throws us surprises sometimes, so we can help you out with that! Simply email us at email@example.com
with your ticket information and we can help issue you a refund of 75% of your fees, valid only until October 17, 2017
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket. To do so, email firstname.lastname@example.org
with the new attendee’s name, email, title, company, and phone number. Please note, tickets can only be transferred to another ticket holder until November 18, 2017 (ten days prior to the event).
DO YOU SELL ONE DAY TICKETS?
Only regular two-day tickets are available.

DURING THE CONFERENCE
HOW DO I CHECK-IN?
Upon arrival at the Shaw Centre, you’ll find our registration desk at the entrance of the venue. Once you check-in you will receive your badge, lanyard, and other fun swag! Please bring your ticket from Picatic either printed or, better yet, save a tree and pull it up on your mobile device.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE SCHEDULE?
The most up-to-date schedule can be found on our event app and website at all times. We encourage you to download the app to stay up to date with the latest agenda changes.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE SPEAKER SLIDES AFTER THE CONFERENCE?
We will be releasing the speaker slides throughout the year. Subscribe to our newsletter to get the latest news.
WHERE IS A GOOD PLACE TO BOOK MEETINGS WITH FELLOW ATTENDEES?
There will be ample seating at the venue to book meetings.
IS THERE COAT CHECK?
There is a coat check available on the first floor of the Shaw Centre available by donation. Please note only cash is accepted.
CAN YOU SEND ME A LIST OF ALL THE PEOPLE ATTENDING?
We do not share our attendees list due to confidential reasons. We will, however, share a list of all companies in attendance at a closer date.
WHAT IS THE SUGGESTED ATTIRE?
Be yourself! Wear whatever makes you comfortable, but you can’t go wrong with business casual. Bear in mind that the Shaw Centre is a very large venue, so this probably isn’t the occasion to break out your most show-stopping heels. Comfortable shoes are definitely recommended. We also recommend you bring some extra layers to Ottawa during this time of the year, whether it be a sweater or jacket.
ARE YOU PROVIDING DIETARY RESTRICTIVE OPTIONS TO THE MENUS?
Yes! There will be a variety of options available.
